Deep Tissue Bamboo Massage

Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) uses specialized tools to manipulate the skin, myofascia, muscles, and tendons. Followed by a KT tape application. KT tape is applied to aid muscle movement and enhance athletic performance, relieve pain, reduce swelling and inflammation and provide support to joints and muscles.

A customized rehabilitative movement session. This session will focus on correcting muscle imbalances, posture, mobility issues, injury rehab and prevention. This service is offered by one of our RMT's who also has specialized training in yoga and Pilates.

Rehabilitative movement

A tailored to you, one-to-one yoga class with one of our experienced yoga instructors. This service is for you if you are new to yoga and would like personalized guidance as you start your yoga journey, or, if you already have experience in yoga but are looking for extra guidance while deepening your practice.

Your Reiki practitioner will work within the bodies energetic field to relax the parasympathetic nervous system and clear energetic blockages that may be contributing to physical ailments.

Reiki

This traditional ayruvedic treatment will balance and stimulate the nervous system, aid in the release of stress and tension, and exfoliate the scalp while nourishing the hair. Benefits include an increase in circulation, and improved mental and physical health. It also stimulates the Crown Chakra. The Crown Chakra is what allows us to communicate with our higher self and represents who we are. You'll leave with an increased feeling of well-being.

Indie Head Massage

This facial technique is designed to relieve tension in the muscles of the face, boost blood circulation, and encourage lymphatic drainage to banish bloat. You'll be glowing when you leave this treatment!
