IASTM and KT tape application

Description

Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) uses specialized tools to manipulate the skin, myofascia, muscles, and tendons. Followed by a KT tape application. KT tape is applied to aid muscle movement and enhance athletic performance, relieve pain, reduce swelling and inflammation and provide support to joints and muscles.
